And in continuing your analogy, it has definitely been a trip. With unexpected stops and the van has broken down once or twice, but we have a great mechanic (Jesus) (Oh, the cheesiness is oozing), and so we keep motoring on. We also picked up a couple hitchhikers along the way (our two little girls) who truly make the trip even more incredible. Okay, I could go on and on, but I'll just stop and give a shoutout to Becky M up top who was the best shower pray-er of the summer of 1997 at K-7.

Happy Anniversary, Mooney's!Amy R.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12476097972873346881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4981215402335256939.post-88161745546727721302009-04-21T10:12:00.000-07:002009-04-21T10:12:00.000-07:00Great analogy about packing for a "road trip". I've been married almost 9 years and I can definitely tell you that what I packed at the beginning of my trip isn't necessarily what I'd use on this portion of my journey. You simply can't anticipate what your journey will look like when packing at the beginning. You can have an idea based on what other travelers have told you, but it's not going to be the same since your journey won't be. All I know is that I love my husband today with a more intense and involved love than the day I married him, and that is thanks to the "road trip" itself.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4981215402335256939.post-10728744658553543492009-04-19T14:54:00.000-07:002009-04-19T14:54:00.000-07:00i concur...
