Praise the Lord for this new gift in your life. How exciting! I found your websites due to various other links. I just watched the video 99 balloons at the Worship House website and bought it for future use in our church. I was deeply moved by the tender and precious story of Eliot’s journey, your love and commitment to him and the Lord. Tears were flowing and it helped put some recent hurts in perspective. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart and by the end of that precious video I have surrendered it all back to him. I can only imagine this video having the same effects on those who will view it. Thank you for sharing with us the story of Elliot, the work you are doing, and the news of this latest little one. May the Lord surround you with His grace and strength as you go through new times of refreshing. May all those special memories of Eliot be sanctified (set apart) for your blessing in this New Year. Lastly, may I commend to you the wondrous grace of Jesus Christ, and the matchless love of God the Father, and the present ministry of the Holy Spirit. Who is here today to walk with you and grant you strength and comfort concerning the past and into all of your unknown tomorrows.
In tender love and prayer, Pastor Bob

Isn't it amazing how little girls can look so much like their daddies and be so beautiful? We have one of those, too. (Gin, she still looks alot like you, too!)

Love & miss you guys. Enjoy these days!

Hazel is beautiful and such a blessing. We can relate-- we, too, lost a son, and also welcomed a baby girl into our family this year (December 9th)... Congratulations! God is good.

Is there a private venue that I can contact you in? My niece and he fiance have an almost 5 day old son with T18. We are very blessed to have this time with him. But wonder if there is support out there for them.

In the second picture, I think she looks like Eliot. Not a twin, but you can tell they're siblings. <3

After first hearing about your story/video of Baby Eliot, I hesitated to watch it for two months. Well, I just finally watched it on Oprah.com, and now I am so glad that I did. As someone who has lost a child through a similarly devastating turn of events (my daughter also had T18; she was with us for 66 wonderful days), I can literally relate to your joy and your pain. It's truly miraculous how a struggle that may feel like nothing more than a nightmare can at the same time be an extra special blessing from God.

It helps to know that others like you and your wife have had similar journeys and have come out on the other side, and if they survived with their sanity intact, then that is hopefully proof positive, my husband and I can too. Since our loss, I have both dreaded and welcomed the possibility of having another baby. Seeing your beautiful, healthy daughter Hazel gives me newfound hope and encouragement. Congratulations!! Thank you so much for sharing pictures of her and for pouring out your heart in your video and blog entries/updates.

I am grateful for all the blessings God has bestowed upon you – all the memories of/moments with Eliot; all the people who have walked the journey of praying and mourning with you; each new day and each ray of hope; and the miracle your precious son left you in giving you new eyes with which to see, new ears to help you hear each other, a new heart to love more deeply, new values in your lives; and the strength and courage (the God in you) that you have found in yourselves and in each other to rise and face the future.

Thank you for sharing your sweet baby Eliot with the world. May God continue to bless you and your family!

Hi,
I'm sure while you two are so proud, I know how proud Elliot must be in Heaven. Like others have said, it is no surprise as we all knew she would be beautiful. There is a resemblance there between Hazel and Elliot, esepcially in the second photo.
Always thinking of you all,
Randi

Hello~I ran across your blog a while ago, but have never posted. Congratulations on the birth of your precious daughter. At church yesterday, our pastor showed your video. As soon as it started, I realized that I recognized the name and the story. God is continuing to use little Eliot and your family to help the world see the preciousness of ALL life. Thanks for sharing your story through the video...it made it all the way to Modesto, CA.

Hazel is beautiful! I so loved getting to see Eliot's "99 Balloons" on Oprah last fall. So touching, I just sat there crying, knowing Eliot is with Jesus but oh how much you must miss him. God bless you, and thank you for sharing his life with us!

Wow! What a beautiful family you are.

Just know that you are such an inspiration for so many of us and I am so thankful that, through God, you have crossed our path.

May God bless you always!
